Please read these terms carefully before using jeja9. By accessing or using any part of the jeja9 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
1Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jeja9 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any related features or functionality accessible via jeja9.org (the "Platform"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jeja9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

2Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of jeja9 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jeja9 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling, as determined by applicable regulations from time to time.
- You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jeja9 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person.
3Account Registration
To access the full features of jeja9, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your jeja9 account:
- Each individual may hold only one (1) jeja9 account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- All registration information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details, must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs). jeja9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- jeja9 may at any time require verification of your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer). You agree to provide any documents requested, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- You must notify jeja9 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your account or credentials.
jeja9 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a specific reason, provided that any legitimate balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
jeja9 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account dashboard.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jeja9 may request proof that the payment method belongs to you.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your jeja9 wallet within seconds of confirmation on your mobile banking application. jeja9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 1 to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank typically process within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.
- jeja9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. Funds held pending investigation will be returned in full if the investigation concludes with no adverse finding against the account holder.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the account holder. jeja9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Bangladesh payment methods.
5Bonuses and Promotions
jeja9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- Bonuses are credited to your jeja9 account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued. Transferring, selling, or exchanging bonus credit between accounts is strictly prohibited.
- jeja9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of cancellation is honoured.
- Bonuses may have expiry periods. Any bonus balance not used within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are shown in the bonus terms at the time of issuance.
- jeja9 may refuse to award or may reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or any other activity that jeja9 determines in its sole discretion to be contrary to fair play.
Platform Rules at a Glance
The following key rules apply to all jeja9 users at all times. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
One Account Per Person
Registering or operating more than one jeja9 account is strictly forbidden. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without compensation.
Personal Use Only
Your jeja9 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
Fair Play Obligation
You must not use any software, system, strategy, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over jeja9 or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, card counting tools, and collusion with other players.
Anti-Money Laundering
jeja9 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) procedures. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering or other financial crime will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities. All funds associated with such accounts may be permanently withheld.
Accurate Information
You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you are responsible for updating your account promptly. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawals and account verification.
6Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the jeja9 Platform are governed by individual game rules published by the respective game providers. The following overarching fair play rules also apply:
- All slot game outcomes at jeja9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each spin is an independent event. Past outcomes do not influence future results. Published RTP figures for each slot represent long-term theoretical return percentages.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes conducted by trained dealers in certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. jeja9 does not control or manipulate the outcome of any live dealer game.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jeja9 will use game provider logs to determine the outcome of the round at the point of disconnection. Where a round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
- Sports betting markets, including cricket betting, are governed by the specific rules of each market as published in the betting section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, jeja9's decision — made after reviewing available data — is final.
7Responsible Gaming
jeja9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and obligations form part of the jeja9 Responsible Gaming framework:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until the cooling-off period stated at the time of setting has elapsed.
- Players may request a temporary time-out from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open for withdrawal purposes but all gaming and deposit features are disabled.
- Self-exclusion periods of 30, 90, or 180 days are available on request via jeja9 support. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended. Reactivation is not available until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and the player confirms their intent to resume.
- jeja9 does not extend credit to players. You may only play with funds deposited into your jeja9 wallet. Gambling on credit or borrowing money to fund gambling activity is strongly discouraged.
8Account Suspension and Termination
jeja9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, without limitation:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to maintaining multiple accounts, providing false registration information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time following a verification request from jeja9.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity in connection with the use of the Platform.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring suspension or closure of the account.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeja9 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
jeja9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the jeja9 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game assets, software, and the Platform interface, is the property of jeja9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jeja9.
11Privacy and Data Protection
jeja9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeja9 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. 12Amendments to These Terms
jeja9 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Where the amendments are material, jeja9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on file, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the jeja9 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and jeja9, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jeja9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before pursuing any court proceedings.
